Our Director of Teaching & Learning, Andrea Redman, is a specialist in developing and supporting children, encouraging success however difficult and desperate the circumstances. She has experience with special educational needs and behavioural problems of all kinds and has taught for over 20 years in local schools. The decision to develop this Centre came from a desire and determination to support children who are not succeeding, for whatever reason, within the school system. Students with dyspraxia, dyslexia or other difficulties are more than welcome at West Norwood.

Centre Director Phil Redman has worked in education for over 35 years. Having recently taken early retirement from his position as ICT Strategy Manager supporting schools in Lambeth, Phil is taking a more active role in the Centre.
We also have working with us a Maths and Science specialist for two evenings a week and on Saturday afternoons.
