About Kip McGrath Edinburgh West

The Kip McGrath Education Centre in Balgreen offers private tuition in maths and English to school age children. Pip Watt, the Centre Director, is a qualified English and English as a Foreign Language teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience both at home and abroad. In addition, she is an SQA examiner. Pip has an MA Honours degree in English from St. Andrews University, as well as a Post Graduate Degree in Education and a T.E.F.L. qualification.

At her Centre, Pip is joined by a team of qualified specialists who provide excellence in the tuition of Primary and Secondary maths, English, reading and spelling as well as National 4 and 5 and Higher maths and English. Many of our tutors are also SQA examiners.

The excellence of the secondary tuition is proven by the outstanding exam results in 2023 with students even achieving A band 1 at Higher.
