Before joining Kip McGrath, he worked as a classroom teacher, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges students face in the school setting. As a fully qualified teacher with a full DBS check, Matt is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. His passion for education, combined with his expertise, ensures that each student receives personalised guidance to build confidence and excel in maths and English. Under his leadership, the centre has helped countless students improve their skills, boost self-esteem, and develop a love for learning.
